The terms that apply when you book a detail with Detailing Hub or use this website.

These terms apply to bookings made on this website and to services provided by Detailing Hub in Calgary, Alberta. By booking, you agree to them.
Bookings
- A booking reserves a drop-off time at our shop. We do not offer mobile service.
- Please choose the vehicle size (Sedan, SUV or Truck) that matches your vehicle. If the size is wrong, the price is adjusted to the correct size.
- You will receive a booking reference. Please keep it for any questions or changes.
Prices and payment
- All prices are starting prices in CAD. Final pricing can change based on vehicle size, condition, stains, pet hair, paint condition, oxidation and chrome condition.
- No deposit is taken and nothing is charged online. You pay at the shop when you pick up your vehicle. Current prices are on our packages and prices.
- If your vehicle needs noticeably more work than the booked service covers, we will talk to you before doing extra work.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a booking, please let us know as early as possible by replying to your confirmation email or emailing the.detailing.hub.calgary@gmail.com with your reference, so the time can be offered to someone else.
Your vehicle
- Please remove valuables and personal items before drop-off. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
- Please point out any existing damage, loose trim or problem areas when you drop off.
- Detailing improves appearance but cannot undo every defect. Deep scratches, worn or damaged paint, permanent stains and damaged chrome may improve without fully disappearing.
Website
We work to keep prices, times and availability on this site accurate, but errors can happen. If a price or time shown is clearly wrong, we will contact you before your appointment. Content on this site belongs to Detailing Hub and may not be copied without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
