Foam pre-wash, two-bucket hand wash, wheels and door jambs, then the inside. Keep scrolling and the road film comes off the paint.
02Polishing & paint correction
Swirls out. Mirror in.
Machine polishing in one, two or more stages takes out the swirls and haze that washing leaves behind.

Booking & payment
Do I need to pay a deposit to book?
No. Booking online is free and holds your time slot. You pay at the shop when you pick up your car.
Do I need an account to book?
No. Choose your vehicle, service and time, enter your name, email and phone, and you are booked. It takes about a minute.
How do I change or cancel my booking?
Reply to your confirmation email or email us with your booking reference (it starts with DH-) and tell us what you need. The sooner you let us know, the easier it is to find you a new time.
Can the final price change?
All prices are starting prices in CAD. Final pricing can change based on vehicle size, condition, stains, pet hair, paint condition, oxidation and chrome condition.
Why are prices different for a sedan, SUV and truck?
Bigger vehicles have more seats, carpet and paint to clean and polish, so they take longer. Pricing by vehicle size keeps it fair: you never pay truck prices for a compact car.
My vehicle is a van or minivan. Which size do I pick?
Minivans and crossovers are priced as SUVs. Full-size vans and pickups are priced as trucks. The booking form suggests a size from your make and model, and you can change it.
Drop-off & pickup
Do you come to me, or do I bring the car in?
You bring it to us. We work from our shop in Calgary, and we share the exact drop-off address when you book. We are open 24 hours, so you can drop off before work or late in the evening.
How long does a detail take?
It depends on the service. A wheel and tire clean takes about 1.5 hours, interior details 2 to 3 hours, a Full Detail 4 to 5 hours, and Paint Correction or Premium Detail + Buff usually a full day. Each package shows its time.
When will my car be ready?
When you book, we show a "ready around" time based on the service and add-ons you chose. It is also in your confirmation email.
How should I prepare my car?
Take out personal items, valuables and car seats if you can, and empty the trunk. It lets us reach every surface and means nothing gets misplaced.
Can I drop off early in the morning or late at night?
Yes. We are open 24 hours, 7 days a week, and the booking calendar shows every open time, including early hours.
Services
What is the difference between polishing and paint correction?
A One-Step Polish brings back gloss and softens light swirls in a single pass. Paint Correction uses several compounding and polishing stages to remove as many swirls, light scratches and water spots as the paint safely allows. Paint Enhancement sits in between.
Which interior service do I need?
Basic Interior is a thorough vacuum, wipe-down and glass clean for cabins that are dusty but not stained. Interior Reset adds carpet and seat shampoo with extraction, steam cleaning and protection, for salt stains, spills and smells.
Can you remove pet hair and salt stains?
Yes. Add pet hair removal or salt / winter cleanup to any interior service. For heavy salt marks in carpets, the Interior Reset with its hot-water extraction works best.
Do you offer ceramic coating or paint protection film?
Not at the moment. Our polishing and correction services finish with a protection layer, and a spray sealant add-on is available.
